I dedicate this site to the memory of my stepdaughter, Heather, who was murdered on Thanksgiving 2017. I want to chronicle some of the events and spiritual insights that happened. It is my hope that this may help some other souls who stumble upon this site. Maybe some good can come off this after all (read more here).  ~ May 2018

Being Alone

Being Alone: you are only alone if you set the focus completely onto your self, then you are “all-one” or alone. Noticing your continual integration with a greater whole, and focusing on how you are a part of an environment, helps to overcome these feelings.

Being One: The Whole and the Part

There is a difference between a fragment, and a part that is integral to the whole. We live fragmented. But if we can see the world as made of integrated parts, the world view changes.
